5.4/10

The hotel had its ups and downs. It was good for my needs and conveniently located near Baker Street, but the shabby rooms and poor dining options were disappointing. Overall, it was a place to rest after a long day, but not without its flaws.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were shabby, not like the website photos. The room was uncomfortably hot in the afternoon, and on a slant, but at least the staff tried to make up for it.
Service
7.0
The service started off unwelcoming, but they improved by changing my room. The staff were friendly and helpful, even assisting with my luggage up the stairs.
Location
8.0
The location was good for my needs, close to restaurants, though noisy near the reception area. It was conveniently near Baker Street station.
Dining
5.0
Dining was available through an adjacent place due to renovations at the hotel. The options were very limited, and the experience could have been better.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities were lacking, and there were ongoing renovations affecting the dining area arrangements.

The hotel is conveniently located near Baker Street station, making it easy to get around. The rooms were a bit basic and in need of some maintenance, but they were clean. The service was a mix of unwelcoming at first but improved later, and the staff were friendly and apologetic. The location is great for exploring the city, with easy access to transportation. The dining options were limited due to renovations, but alternative arrangements were available. Overall, a decent choice for a budget-friendly stay.

5.0/10

The hotel had a perfect location, just two minutes away from the underground and with a bus stop right outside, making it easy to get around London. The rooms were hot and stuffy, which was uncomfortable, but the proximity to key attractions like Marylebone Train Station, Madame Tussauds, Sherlock Holmes Museum, and Regents Park was a definite plus.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were hot and stuffy, making the stay uncomfortable.
Service
5.0
The service was quite curt and untrained, falling short of what one would expect as standard. However, the housekeeping was satisfactory.
Location
7.0
The location was good, not far from the tube station, with easy access to key attractions and public transportation.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was terrible, with no choice and disruptions due to renovations. However, some agreement with a neighboring place allowed for dining options, contrary to what was advertised. The homemade yogurt was a slight positive.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities were lacking, with disruptions in the dining area and no other amenities highlighted.
